Lively.Famed.Loved (5.5%) - When your friend gives you a beautiful sherry barrel, you better make sure only the finest beers end up coming out of it. Fill number two is a mixed-ferm Saison, fermented in part by our own unique culture. Fresh&Funky, a splash of acidity, unxious Sherry&Oak.

Graham Hole - Heathen Brewers

On behalf of the Heathen Brewers family, we are deeply saddened to inform you of the sudden passing of Graham Hole on Saturday 31 August. A devoted husband to Maria and an exceptional friend to many, Graham was a huge part of the Heathen Brewers and Hop Sun story having been involved in both from the very start.

A much loved man who showed a genuine passion and enthusiasm for what he believed in, we will all miss his counsel, insight but most of all his passion and support.

We raise a glass in remembrance of a true friend. Safe travels Graham. 💔🍻

Double new Heathen drop 🤯 Single keg Sour & a New Pale

Bretted Medlar (3.9%) - Many moons, months, and over a year ago we set a single keg of Medlar to one side and added a mix of Brettanomyces strains. The result is a super smooth, fruity, funky version of our ever classic sour. Totally worth the wait. ONCE IT’S GONE IT’S GONE!

Stepping Past Tom (3.9%) - An extended age in one of the original Heathen tanks, with a mixed yeast culture has added deep layers and excitement. Hits of Belgian ye**ty spice and funkiness play beautifully with the resinous and tropical fruit aromatics of Idaho 7 from a late dry hop.

The Taproom is turning 3!

It doesn’t feel like yesterday that The Hop Sun Tap was just a glint in our eye, now look where we are.

The weekend is bookended with a Variety evening of Comedy and Music put together by Macari’s Music on Thursday, and our monthly Quiz hosted by Mark the Brewer on Sunday! With plenty of special beer pouring over the whole weekend 🍻
