QUANTUM SAILS HAMBLE ARE HIRING
We are looking for a Loft Manager to join the team at Quantum Sails Hamble.
This is not purely a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who can lead the loft while still being actively involved in hands-on sailmaking, repairs, servicing and day-to-day production.
The role includes:
• Managing workflow within the loft
• Working directly with customers and the sailing community
• Hands-on sailmaking, repairs and finishing
• Maintaining quality standards across all projects
• Supporting and developing the loft team
We are looking for someone with strong sailmaking experience, good organisational skills and a genuine passion for the industry.
Based in Hamble, working with everything from cruising sails to high performance race projects.
