CHELSEA v LIVERPOOL
These two heavyweights of European football are currently having a tough time of it. Who would have thought both these teams will be long shots to get into the Champions League for next season! Chelsea’s home form has been horrendous this season and Liverpool’s way form has been just as or even worse. So both these teams will be looking to steady the ship and take something from this game. The game is probably more important to Liverpool to maybe get something from as they can with a run get in the top four. In Chelsea’s case losing the manager won’t help their cause in this game or the upcoming Champions League fixture and their one remaining chance of glory this season!
Match Prediction-A win for Liverpool who are having a bad time but can still beat anyone in Europe on a good day and to continue Chelsea’s descent into their worst season they have had in years.

EVERTON v TOTTENHAM 8 pm
The Monday night game brings together two similar sized teams who are battling at opposite ends of the table. Everton’s manager Sean Dyche has brought some stability to the team and the players are playing with a new belief and confidence thanks to that. Tottenham although still in a good position as regards to chasing a champions league have a few problems on and in particularly off the field will want to get a result and show their supporters that they will give their all to the end of the season and try and get that Champions League place.
MATCH PREDICTION-Everton to continue Spurs’s woe and carrying on their improvement with a win.

WEST HAM v SOUTHAMPTON 2 pm
This relegation scrap is so important to both teams. Southampton know a win will leapfrog them over West Ham and put the Hammers in real trouble and at the same time put the Saints back into the relegation fight.West Ham know a win will give them a much needed lift and also important breathing space for them. This is such a vital game for both teams one neither can afford to lose… but also one that is pretty much a “must win” for both. That is what makes this Sunday afternoon game a intriguing watch.
MATCH PREDICTION-A lot at stake for both teams but I take a Hammers win with their extra quality but they should be aware that the Saints have a good record away from home and will put up a fight.
NEWCASTLE v MAN UTD 4.30 pm
A really attractive game to finish the weekend. Newcastle look like they are back focused on getting that champions league position after the cup final disappointment and will be looking avenge that defeat in this one. Utd still battling in two other cup competitions will be difficult opponents and this game could be a important yardstick for both teams in their progress for that champions league spot. The Reds with all their cup commitments coming up will be rotating their team from now till the end of the season which sometimes upsets the rhythm of a side. Newcastle look to have a settled side and that will always help in the run in.
MATCH PREDICTION- Newcastle’s great home support to push them on to victory in what promises to be a exciting match.

The start of April brings the resumption of the premier league and what a game it brings! It’s a must win for City if they want to remain within striking distance of the leaders and Liverpool need a win really to maintain the challenge of getting in the top four. So in effect these two heavyweights of the Premiership will be going at this match hammer and tongs for a victory over each other which will definitely make for a very attacking and entertaining match we all hope!
Match Prediction-There will be goals in this one guaranteed with City just winning out because of home advantage.

CHELSEA v ASTON VILLA 5.30 pm
Have a very good feeling about this game Chelsea would not of been to happy about the international break as they were just picking up momentum and some good results and will be hoping that they can pick up where they left off. Villa are more than capable of giving anyone in the league a good test and won’t make this easy for Chelsea to break them down & attacking wise have some players that can hurt the Blues. So another entertaining close game is expected.
MATCH PREDICTION- Think this will end honours even with Chelsea not wanting to spoil their current good run against a well organised Villa.

This match because of the situation in the world because of the current situation in Ukraine will be wanting them to get the win. That aside the Ukrainians are more than a useful side as they have shown in recent seasons and have some very good players dotted around the world’s best leagues not to mention one of the premier leagues most expensive players in Chelsea’s Mudryk so a far from easy game for England.
MATCH PREDICTION-Ukraine to grab a surprise draw at Wembley as they have the players who won’t be phased by Wembley.
