Brewdog: a statement
For some time we have chosen not to stock BrewDog products at The Beer Drop.
That decision was based on the widely reported concerns that have surrounded the company in recent years, including questions about workplace culture and other controversies that have been discussed publicly. As a small independent business, we have always felt it is important to consider not only the quality of a product, but also the values and practices behind it.
Recent developments, including the restructuring of parts of the business and the redundancies that have followed, are difficult news for many people in the industry. Our thoughts are with the staff who have lost their roles or been affected by these changes.
The beer world is full of talented and passionate people, and we hope those impacted find new opportunities quickly. We remain committed to supporting brewers and businesses whose approach aligns with the values we try to uphold at The Beer Drop.
