Amazing news from TripAdvisor. We're in the top 10% of all the worlds restaurants. We can only thank everyone that's taken the time to leave their thoughts on our little country pub in this delightful suffolk village.

Enjoy probably the best carvery in the area. All out joints are handpicked by chef Mick to ensure the best quality. The veg is cooked to perfection, with roasted carrots, parsnips, potatoes, sauteed cabbage, and green beans, plus creamy mash, mashed swede, huge puddings, topped with the best real meat gravy you'll try. And finally cauliflower cheese at no extra cost. All this for just £17.95 & £8.50 for children.
Booking is essential. Served between 12 & 4 we have very little space left.

We've been blessed with one of the few pubs in the UK to trial the NEW Hawkstone Wildthing. It's a limited edition so it's not round forever.
Pop into your cosey pub to try our local and national beers and ales. There's something for everyone.

Another Christmas Party has been added..
December Friday 18th.
Not only do you get a 3 course Christmas meal, it's also followed by our retro vinyl disco with Gerry. Eat drink and dance the night away.
