Bushwick Bar & Grill is an exciting new concept situated in the heart of Capital, Edinburgh.

This family run diner is dedicated not only to the food that they serve, but to the people that they serve it to. With over a decade of experience in the restaurant industry, our team have put together a menu designed to be a twist on the familiar. Dishes such as our Chicken and Waffles, served with Chilli Butter and Maple Syrup will give you a taste of New York and have you counting the days until your next visit!

The fun doesn’t stop there, though; we know there is just something about milkshakes that brings out the child in all of us, and our menu has something for everyone! After one of these, you’ll never look back. We also have a fully stocked bar, offering everything from draught beer to cocktails to rival even the best mixologist.

The Bushwick Burrow Below is our private function room. Complete with its own bar and open until 1am, the Burrow Below is the perfect venue for your event. This bar is also fully stocked and will be looked after by your own dedicated bar tender throughout your event.
