Little Snowflake ❄️ meets Thirsty Thursday’s.. (Recipe Included)

The process: Coat the top of a Collins glass with icing and rim with shaved coconut. Then skewer 3 small marshmallows with a toothpick to make the snowman and add two cloves for the arms. Stick the exposed end of the toothpick (which should be on the bottom) into a large marshmallow along with a sprig of rosemary and place at the bottom of the rimmed Collins glass with just a splash of water. Set in freezer and let freeze. After it’s frozen, just pour in the mixture with some loose coconut shavings and enjoy!!

0.5 oz St Germain
5 oz Strawberry, raspberry, Supasawa Cordial*
Cordial: let whole raspberries and strawberries sit in cold water. Leave it long enough for the water to take on their flavour but not the colour of the berries. afterwards, add the Supasawa and simple syrup for the cordial.

Caramel Brulee Latte made with  that is heavenly.  
Boozy Caramel Brûlée Latte

Adding caramel whiskey and salted caramel syrup to a boozy latte just made your winter evenings that much more fun. At its most basic, you are simply adding Ballotin Caramel Turtle whiskey and a bit of salted caramel syrup to your latte at home and you will be in love. Topped with some toffee crumbles and a drizzle of caramel syrup it’s what caramel lovers dream of.

2 oz Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey
4 oz strong coffee or espresso
¾ oz salted caramel syrup
4 oz steamed milk
Topping: whipped cream, toffee crumbles, salted caramel dessert topping

In a heat-proof mug, combine Ballotin Caramel Turtle Whiskey, salted caramel syrup, and coffee or espresso. Heat briefly in the microwave. Add steamed milk and stir again. Top with whipped cream, toffee crumbles and a drizzle of caramel dessert topping.

Iced latte: combine chilled ingredients in a mason jar or shaker without ice and shake until well combined. Pour over ice and top with whipped cream, caramel dessert topping and toffee crumbles.

Cocktail of the Day | Football Sunday

BLACK BREW
•
- 60ml Mr Black Coffee Liqueur
- 20ml Mozart Dark Chocolate Liqueur
- 20ml Frangelico Liqueur
- 20ml Buffalo Trace Bourbon
- 60ml Lavazza Espresso

Spray the gas with Grand Marnier or use the Frangelico. Dust with cocoa or chocolate powder. Shake all ingredients with ice and double strain. Garnish with chocolate wafer roll.
