Anna Madigan is our Women’s Champ:

Yesterday saw Newry’s Anna Madigan lift the inaugural Drumaness Women’s Championship, beating Elaine Sweeney from Drogheda 2-1 in a high quality final. Beaten semi finalists were Shannon Boyle and Drumaness’s own Karen Murray.

The plate competition was won by Annamarie Smyth from Ardglass who beat Drumaness’s Lynne Walsh in the final 2-1.

Thank you to all 28 competitors for taking part and to the many who turned up to support. Also a big thank you to AJC Electrical Appliances for sponsoring the trophies. 👏👏

REMINDER: one week to go until the inaugural Drumaness Women’s Darts Championship. £5 entry (includes a plate competition for anyone who loses their first match). All entry fees paid out in prize money plus trophies.

Registration from 3pm. Draw made 4pm sharp. Hope to see you all there and all support welcome. Finals will be streamed live on this page.
