Check the third photo - I took it while making them and only noticed the connection the next day. The pink shells, pale filling and little darker centres reminded me of the ar**la tattooing which the Foundation helps breast cancer survivors access after surgery. Those little centres suddenly felt especially fitting 💗

There is something rather special about seeing a wedding dessert table take shape.

Different flavours, textures, colours and tiny details. Each dessert made individually, then brought together for one very delicious table.

And my favourite part? Seeing the couple take a moment to enjoy the desserts together 🤍

Beautiful to look at, obviously. But always, always made to taste just as good!

A little bit of matcha magic to sweeten the Monday blues💚

This is one of my favourite flavours at the moment - macaron shells filled with silky smooth matcha ganache and some vanilla ganache on top.

I love the slight bitterness of the matcha with the sweetness of vanilla. Simple, but such a good combination 💚
