At last - bread made from wheat grown a stone’s throw away just outside the village. Baked to perfection by the very talented at - we can’t wait to get experimenting in the kitchen. The YQ flour is a magical crop of extraordinary diversity and thus retains all the nutrients long gone in most other strains of wheat.
