We have got a stacked events schedule throughout December and January, with events on every week!
The next one to tell you about, is our Mosconi Cup event against Aberystwyth University. When the university finishes for the Christmas break, 8 dedicated pool players from Aberystwyth University will make the long trip North to take on a selected team from Bishop Snooker Club!

This is going to be a fantastic day, and we are hoping to raise a lot of money for our chosen charities. Aberystwyth University will be raising money for Cancer Cymru and the snooker club will be raising money for Help for Heroes.
There will be 13 matches in total, they will consist of:
8 x Singles Pool Matches - best of 9
1 x Doubles Pool Match - best of 5
1 x Three Person Pool Team Match - Best 9
1 x Snooker Match - Best of 5
1 x Singles Nine Ball Pool Match - Best of 9
1 x Captains Singles Pool Match - Best of 9
We are looking for sponsors for the event to help raise money, so if anyone knows any local companies that would like to get involved, please let me know. Their company logos will be displayed on the shirts of whichever team they would like to sponsor. It will also be displayed around the club on the day on banners for photo oppotunities.
We have invited the Northern Echo to join us, so any sponsors will get a lot of exposure from the event.
We will also have lots of other games available on the day and we will be collecting for our charities.
