This weekend started with Champagne and Canapes for a Birthday Celebration in Chattisham.
Canapes included
Goats Cheese Crostini with Walnuts & Honey Chinese Style Sticky Pork Belly
Caprese Skewers
Peking Duck Pancakes
Chicken Liver Parfait with Fig Jam
Finished off with Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Brownie.

Saturday we catered at The Tendring Show for our clients at SRC Group

Not only did we keep everyone's drinks topped up running the bar, we served various foods throughout the day.
Starting with breakfast rolls and freshly brewed coffee.
Canapes, a selection of bowl food followed by a full afternoon tea.

Our clients commented on the delicious King Prawn Pad Thai and the zesty Lemon Tarts!

This week we provided a drop off service for a client.
Canapes included Chicken Liver Parfait with Fig & Balsamic Jam, Caprese Skewers, Parmesan Shortbread with Red Onion Confit and Quails Eggs.
Followed by a Maple & Clove Glazed Ham, Coronation Chicken with Mango and Flaked Almonds and an Asparagus & Feta Tart.
Lemon, White Chocolate & Raspberry Cheesecake to finish!

We also provided all the crockery and glassware to ensure a stress free dining experience for our client.

This weekend we were very busy with a 2 day event for a client.
We started Friday evening with champagne, canapes and entertainment on stilts!

We provided a seated meal for 100 guests of vibrant salads, roasted vegetables and sharing platters of Panko Crusted Salmon and Honey & Lime Grilled Chicken.
We ended the meal with our decadent Chocolate Brownie and Individual Raspberry Pavlova!

Our team then served a selection of cocktails on the bar throughout the evening!

Also this weekend we provided our Bar Services for a birthday celebration in Ardliegh.
We supplied a wide selection of drinks alongside a Thai Green Curry with Sticky Rice. (No pictures as the guests got there before me!!)

This week we were back at the stunning Helmingham Hall Gardens for a private birthday party.
We served a selection of canapes including Tempura King Prawns with Sweet Chilli Dip, Prosciutto & Ricotta Crostini with Fig & Balsamic Jam and Roasted Butternut Squash & Feta Tartlets.
We then served Persian Shoulder of Lamb with Beetroot & Feta Salad & Cous Cous. All finished off with Dark Chocolate Brownies, Chantilly Cream & Berry Coulis
