PLEASE HELP US CONTINUE TO HELP OUR NHS STAFF.

We've opened up out hotel for NHS staff to isolate from loved ones whilst they continue the battle against COVID19. We don't charge anything to the staff or NHS.

We could however do with your help. We're not asking for charity just that you visit our crowdfund page and buy something that you can use when lockdown is finished.

A Delicious Welsh Gin

Infusion 73 is a family run small batch distillery based on the outskirts of Cardiff city centre. Infusion 73 was born out of a love of gin, for husband and wife Paul and Julie. We wanted to create something different, that would appeal to everyone and that would encourage non-gin drinkers to enjoy the flavours of a smooth, infusion of flavour pairings and so Infusion 73 was born. We currently produce two flavours of gin, 1 called St Clements, which is a delicate balance of Orange and Lemon, with an infusion of Elderflower and the other one, Jin Caerdydd, which has been carefully researched to contain natural flavours from Cardiff, including Hedgerow Elderflower, lime flower, with an infusion of Heather. This is only the start of the journey, please join us and enjoy the ride!
