Super excited to make 780 virtual cocktails today for the IT Awards!
This is by far the biggest virtual masterclass we've done yet and we are psyched to show everyone the delicious treats we've been working on. We spared no expense this time making up some seriously tasty tropical cocktail kits (including our now infamous Rum blend), grab your limes, shaker and ice and get ready to party!

🔥Cardiff's Roast Dinner game just changed 🔥
We were lucky enough to receive a taster of what the guys at have been working on today and it did not dissapoint, a top quality, 3 course, restaurant quality roast dinner delivered contact free to our front door. These guys are passionate about delivering the best quality roast dinner possible and we can attest that every component was precision engineered for maximum flavour, texture and quality.

1️⃣ Starters
We tried the Glamorgan Bonbon with chilli jam, ham hock with piccalilli and the salmon roulade with Blueberry ketchup. The salmon was our favourite, the blend of the smoke, cream and sweetness of the blueberries was an inspired combination.

2️⃣Mains
We tried a sample of the chicken, beef and pork with all of the trimmings, braised red cabbage, roasted carrots and parsnips, tenderstem broccoli, cauliflower cheese, swede puree (this was divine!), roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, pigs in blankets and the best gravy I've had in a long time (from a northerner this is high praise!). The absolute star of the show here in our opinion was the vegetables, we knew these boys could cook the meat to perfection but we were blown away by how delicious the vegetables were, if there's an option on future deliveries to add more then sign us up!

3️⃣Dessert
This is often something of an afterthought with roast dinners but trust us, the MDG experience is not complete without a slice of something decadent to finish it off. Pictured is the oreo cheesecake, Bread and butter pudding with Baileys custard (the custard was so good we scranned most of it with a spoon straight from the carton!) and a classic homemade sticky toffee pudding. It's hard to pick our favourite here, the more we think about it the harder it is to choose between the bread and butter and the sticky toffee...

Everything was delivered in recyclable oven ready trays with instructions so that everything is piping hot and fresh when it hits your plate (if you've had a delivered roast dinner before fear no more, soggy roasties are a thing of the past!)
