THC Magna Road is situated on approximately twenty acres on the Magna Road (A341) at Canford Magna outside of Wimborne. Formerly known as the Hamworthy Recreation Club until 2001 when a successful management buy-out from Hamworthy Engineering provided a thriving limited company known as The Hamworthy Club Limited. As of 2017, The Hamworthy Club Limited formally changed it's name to THC @ Magna Roa

d and continues to provide an excellent service to all of its clients. THC Magna Road enjoys national recognition and provides all your sport and leisure requirements, hosting a plethora of social, sports and entertainments events throughout the year. Sporting activities include: Squash, Racquetball, and Running Club, 5 and 11-a-side Football, Golf, Petanque, Cricket & Health & Fitness activities: Keep Fit Classes, Ceroc, and the Fitness Studio which incorporates Cybex cardiovascular and resistance equipment. Entertainment includes: Five big screen TV's showing all the latest sporting events, twice a week Ceroc classes, regular ballroom dancing, live bands, Friday night Meat Draw and much, much more.
