Step back 600 years into the past for a fantastic night out including a feast of four medieval courses served with wine and mead!

Begin your evening in our spooky, ancient cellar bar - exclusive to banquet guests, where you can enjoy a drink or two before you are formally appointed by your Minstrel! 👻🍺🎺Next, take a pew in our medieval banquet hall and take in the surroundings whilst you are served upon by your wenches and entertained by the minstrels. Live music and games will take place during and in between courses and you are invited back to the cellar afterwards if you want to carry on your evening with our resident DJ! 💃🏻
"But what about a costume?!" 👸🏽👘 Never fear! We have that covered with an extensive array of ladies and gentlemen's costumes available in all tastes and sizes. Come and visit us just before your banquet is due to begin and our wenches will be on hand should you need any assistance.

A homemade fresh vegetable soup served with an assortment of fresh bread.
ONION & VINTAGE CHEDDAR TART 🧀
A tasty shortcrust pastry tartlet filled with caramelised onions, topped with mature cheddar cheese and served with a crisp coleslaw salad.
SCHYCONY Y-ROASTED WITH WORTES 🍗
Roast Suffolk Chicken basted with honey and served with a selection of fresh and roasted vegetables.
BIGOD'S ORCHARD 🍎
An English Fruit Pie served with fresh cream.
CAUDEL OF COFFEE ☕️
A beaker of mead and two goblets of wine are served during the banquet and the option of coffee at the end.
VEGETARIANS 🌽
We are more than happy to cater for any vegetarians, special diets and allergies but please ensure you phone with your requirements in advance.
We are pleased to offer a Nut Roast or Vegetable and Rice Pancakes as a vegetarian alternative to the Chicken main course.
