e success of our first year at the BMC we are now pleased to announce that we have decided to make it our permanent home. Located on the junction of Queens Road and St Paul's Road you have probably walked or driven past many times and not noticed the unusual little Victorian Building that has housed the BMC for over a century. Inside there is a superb, intimate and characterful auditorium with excellent acoustics, comfortable seating, a large stage, a very fine GRAND PIANO and a licenced bar. Since we started the club back in 2012 some truly great musicians including Andy Sheppard, Iain Bellamy, Art Themen, Jim Mullen, John Etheridge, Paul Dunmall, Evan Parker, Jason Rebello, Hans Koller, Alan Barnes, Theo Travis, Dave Newton, James Morton, John Pearce, Partisans, Hamid Drake, Mark Lockheart, Jeff Williams and many more have enthralled full houses at Fringe Jazz. This year, the club celebrates its 10th birthday, and we'd like to thank every audience member for the support that has helped make the club such a success. We look forward to welcoming all our friends - both old and new - to our new series of gigs at our new home, THE BRISTOL MUSIC CLUB.
