The entire function suite has been refurbished during the winter period and a new website is only days away! Dates are being booked up so get your requests in early

This Tuesday England ladies take on Italy - the Top club will have both screens on in the Function room cheering on England lionesses!

Dear All,
Unfortunately this morning during the strong winds, the beer festival Marquee was uprooted and landed over the boundary of the club onto Richmond Close. We are very much aware of the Social media covering this incident. I have spoken to our neighbours and apologised for the distress caused. Minimal damage has been caused but more importantly no one has been injured. We were assisted by Lancashire fire and rescue service, initially securing the structure prior to full recovery. We thank them for their professional response. A full investigation will follow by LFR and the Marquee company.
Finally, can I thank all who have helped, assisted or visited over the last two days. Normal service will resume for today’s cricket game, with the club bar open. The planned food vendors will still be here and all are welcome.

As many will know Friday to Sunday is Brinscall Cricket Clubs Beer Festival - it’s going to be very busy at the Club! We are dog lovers but insist, if you find it necessary to bring your dog, it must be on a lead! We have water bowls for them but ask that they are kept off any playing areas and any poops are bagged and deposited in the proper dog bin on the main road! I promise I am fighting for the rights for your pets to be involved but currently incompetent owners are ruining it for the majority

It would appear we have upset someone local! The contents of the School lane dog poo bin have been scattered on the boundary of the Cricket square! All the black bags contain dog poo that local decent people had correctly disposed of.
To the person responsible - You are low life scum of limited intelligence!
You are a coward and seriously do not belong in such a lovely village

Brinscall Cricket Clubs Christmas Fair will return again this year on Sunday 1st December, where we will be joined by a very special guest! 👀

Poo Gate !!!!!
As we have moved from the cricket season into the football season the nights have quickly drawn in. Unfortunately many dog owners now think they can’t be seen!!! There has been a significant increase in people allowing there dogs to run off lead and and more annoyingly we are finding more and more dog poo on the cricket and football pitches. We have also had signs damaged or removed!
This is a final warning - We in general are dog lovers - if you can’t keep them on a lead or you allow them to poo wherever they want, we will take action!
It is not fair on the children playing sport to come off a pitch covered in your dog’s poo - there are many diseases that can affect eyesight and health in general.
Please please - keep your dog on a lead and deposit their mess in the dog bin on school lane!
Hopefully the majority can keep the small minority in check and advise or report.
