What a fantastic night at Samphire for our Chez Bates evening .

A huge thank you to everyone who came along and made the evening so special. The atmosphere was incredible, the drinks were flowing, and the music was simply unforgettable.

The food also went down an absolute treat, with the delicious charcuterie boards and pudding boards proving very popular throughout the evening!

Our amazing jazz singer absolutely blew everyone away with her stunning performance — and to top it all off, we had a brilliant surprise appearance from Peter Stanford joining her for a couple of songs, which made the night even more magical.

Massive shoutout to the fantastic team who helped make the evening run so smoothly — Kerry and Jena were absolutely brilliant, and Del behind the bar kept everyone smiling all night long!

This was also my very first event hosting myself at Chez Bates in Samphire Saltdean and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better crowd or a better night. Thank you all for the support, laughter, dancing, and good vibes.

Here’s to many more amazing nights with Chez Bates! 🎷✨
