Each month I’II be giving away a complimentary 60 minute treatment to a person YOU nominate!

This person may be a shining light in your community, they may be a colleague who needs a little love, they may be a family member grieving, a mother who could do with a break. Who ever it may be, this is your opportunity to spread a little kindness and love.

How will this work?

On the 1st of the month I’ll pop up a KINDNESS post.

Under the post I want you to tag your nominee and share! If they don’t have insta then don’t worry. You can share them with me in a DM and I’ll add them to the list.

On the last day of the month, I’ll select a person at random and message them to get the booked in.

Over the years I’ve deepened my relationship with the land around me, particularly here in East and West Sussex. I’ve lovingly grown and gathered herbs, flowers and resins, slowly learning the plants as they flower, seed and return to the earth to decay, gathering only what is abundant and leaving plenty behind. The landscape has become woven into the fabric of my practice, the hedgerows becoming my apothecary, the woodland my teacher, and the turning of the seasons finding their way into the rituals I create and the incense I burn.

I often wonder what might happen if we stopped collecting sacred things from far off lands and started cultivating sacred relationships with what we already have around us?

Sacredness isn’t something we need to acquire, it grows through the relationships we tend and our willingness to live in rhythm with the land beneath our feet👣
