• Proven experience in a similar Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a kitchen team
• Excellent understanding of food compliance and maintaining a 5-star food hygiene rating
• Calm, organised and able to keep cool under pressure during busy service
• Solid knowledge of costings, margins and food GP’s
• Experience working with purchase ordering systems and stock control
• Passion for creating and delivering fresh daily specials
• Ability to design and develop menus using fresh, quality produce
