Upon placing an order, and paying the invoice from Lots of Glitter By Louise, you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions –
Payment & Cancellation Policy
An invoice will be sent via PayPal and must be paid in full within 48 hours of receipt. If you fail to do so you will forfeit your allocated Design & Create slot in the order book. You are entitled to
cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, as is in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, please note, this does not apply to any personalised or made to order items. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided Lots of Glitter By Louise with accurate information including the correct spellings of names, and any dates/times. We accept no responsibility for errors made due to incorrect information and any replacements will be charged at full price. Confirmation of current wait times will be provided to you upon your ordering. Refund Policy
No returns or refunds are accepted for personalised or made to order goods. "Personalised" and "made to order" constitutes any items which include names, dates, quotes or any personal details requested by you. It will also include items in which colour, size, style and design are specified by you. Where the customer may choose to cancel their order after the dispatch of goods, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, the return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the goods (in as new condition) a refund for the cost of the item/s will be issued within 5 working days. Should an item arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt. A replacement will be supplied, or refund issued once photographic evidence has been obtained. Please ensure you retain the packaging should this occur.
