Today is International Women’s Day and we want to give a proper shout-out to the woman who keeps this place running day in, day out — Cat Morgan, our General Manager. 💪✨

Cat leads from the front. She works ridiculously hard, keeps the team in line, looks after our customers, and somehow still manages to keep the whole operation moving when the pub is flat out.

The reality is simple: this place wouldn’t run the way it does without her.

So today we’re raising a glass to Kat and to all the brilliant women who keep pubs, businesses and communities going every single day. 🍻

If you see Cat today, make sure you give her a big shout-out — she’s earned it.

The Old Mill is proud to be the Mile 1 checkpoint for the 43rd Berkhamsted Rotary Half Marathon & Five Mile Fun Run.

9am open time;

We’ll be opening a little earlier on the day so supporters can come in, grab a proper coffee, some breakfast and get ready to cheer the runners on from the very start.

If you’ve got friends or family running, this is the perfect spot to kick the morning off. Good coffee, good food and a great atmosphere.
