Last night at The Salmon, we found something that truly made us smile 💛

Edward left this lovely handwritten note on a napkin at the table, sharing how much he enjoyed the food, the friendly service, and even the bingo! He mentioned how he and his sister-in-law have been coming here on and off since the 70s—which makes it all the more special to know we’re still part of those memories today.

Moments like this mean the world to us. We genuinely appreciate every kind word and bit of feedback—it reminds us why we do what we do.
