They’re back! We are thrilled to announce that the fantastic The Mindbenders (Derry) are returning to the Guinness Belfast City Blues Festival 2026.

This year, we’re stepping things up with a massive headline show at The Deer's Head Music Hall. Prepare yourselves for an unforgettable night of heavyweight Blues, Funk, and Soul, featuring the incredible special guest, Soul Man James Peake.

It’s been a couple of years since songwriter Anthony Toner played a solo show at the Belfast Barge. The good news is – on Saturday June 27, he’s back, promising a show full of old favourites like ‘Sailortown’, ‘The Road to Fivemiletown’, ‘Cousins at Funerals’ and many more – along with stories from the road, some well-chosen cover versions and maybe even the occasional rendition of a poem from some of his favourite writers.
