We're Hiring: 2 Site Supervisors – The Packhorse, Little Longstone & The Monsal at Monsal Head
We're looking for two experienced, hands-on Supervisors to support the daily operations at The Packhorse in Little Longstone and The Monsal Head Hotel. Each site offers its own unique charm – from the traditional country pub atmosphere to stunning panoramic views and vibrant trade.
About the Roles
We are recruiting 1 Supervisor per site, both full-time roles offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to grow with a supportive and passionate team.
As a Supervisor, you'll be a key part of the leadership team, helping to ensure smooth service, excellent customer experience, and team support across bar and food service.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the General Manager and Deputy General Managers in the day-to-day running of the venue
* Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
* Assist with opening and closing procedures
* Train and supervise team members on shift
* Ensure health & safety and licensing compliance
* Help manage bookings and events
* Contribute to a positive, can-do team culture
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in hospitality
* A passion for great service, food, and drink
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak times
* Ability to travel to either site as required (though each role will be based at one location)
