The Big Thicc boy was strong but I do prefer the sliced and diced version 🔪☠️🔪

A trip to 𝙇𝙄𝙈𝙄𝙏𝙇𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝙁𝙄𝙏𝙉𝙀𝙎𝙎 𝘾𝙐𝙈𝘽𝙀𝙍𝙉𝘼𝙐𝙇𝘿 with Dreambodyworks /Personal Trainer for a shot on the MEGAMASS linear row and a couple of other nice bits of kit.

Really impressive for a smaller non commercial gym 👏🏼

I Absolutely Love to see it!!!

3 Years ago CR plasterers came to me and spent 12 months getting in incredible shape and learning how to master his own nutrition...

From 20st to 13.5 and ripped!!!

2 Years after leaving he's still absolutely smashing it and is in even BETTER shape 👏🏼

Definitely one of my best success stories GBH TRAINING 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🎯
