You probably already know Dimitri, but we realized we never properly introduced him. 🫢 Let’s fix that now that you’ve got Paul to meet too!
Let’s start with the OG: football lover, cocktail bar enthusiast, straight from Dijon.
A degree in hospitality management and seven years in the industry later, he’s only worked at two cocktail bars, 2 of those right here at Bisou! Now that’s what you call loyalty! 🍸Not that he hasn’t seen plenty of others along the way though: Dimitri loves putting his skills and creativity to the test at bartending competitions, then bringing that expertise back to Bisou for you to enjoy. 🍸
Safe to say, he loves what he does and has one hell of a competitive streak. 🥇
He’s now in charge of the preps in the lab! Not sure you can just pop in to see the magic happen, But we’ll show you what goes on in there very soon! 👀

He didn’t exactly wait for an official introduction to make a name for himself around the neighbourhood, but there’s still plenty more to tell you about him.
That big smile of his and his knack for great service are no secret by now. But behind it is a serious MMA fighter! 💥
A passion that takes him around the world every summer to sharpen his skills at training camps, where he also manages to squeeze in a bit of vlogging. Multitasking!
That’s already a lot, but there’s more! His love of travel has taken him to places like the UK, South Korea and Italy, where he’s lived, and it’s also what drew him to the bar industry in the first place. Cause while Dimitri’s career behind the bar was pretty much mapped out from the start, Paul’s took a rather unexpected turn. After three years in investment banking in Milan, he made a complete 180 and switched to bartending, where he’s been for the past two years! ✨
