A whole industry is built around paying tenants of rent-stabilized apartments to move, and it is cloaked in mystery.

Some great new developments for the Anglophone community here in Paris. First of all, musician Maggie Kim, a New Yorker, will play a concert on February 4…in her home. It will be the first “Hidden Concert” in a series (not unlike Hidden Kitchen!). From her website:
