A classified growth since 1855, Chateau Brane-Cantenac has been in the hands of the Lurton family since 1925 and boasts a prestigious past dating back to the 18th century and later the Baron de Brane. Back in 1992, Henri Lurton took over the property and created a state-of the-art w**ery. His knowledge of the rich terroir of Brane as well as inovative w**emaking techniques enables him to produce a distinguished, aromatic, complex and balanced w**e year in and year out.

À l’aube, le vignoble s’éveille au rythme des vendanges. Sous les premiers rayons du soleil, les vendangeurs parcourent les rangs de vigne tandis que les raisins fraîchement récoltés prennent le chemin du chai. Une nouvelle aventure commence pour notre futur millésime.

At dawn, the vineyard awakens to the rhythm of the harvest. Beneath the first rays of sunlight, pickers move gently through the vines while freshly harvested grapes begin their journey to the cellar. A new chapter unfolds for the vintage to come.

La saison des vendanges est lancée !
Débutées mardi dernier, les vendanges de nos raisins blancs se sont achevées vendredi. Récoltées à la main, les grappes ont ensuite été rafraîchies en chambre froide, minutieusement triées puis pressées. Chaque étape est réalisée avec le plus grand soin avant la vinification.
Cette première récolte nous offre un beau rendement et des raisins arrivés à parfaite maturité, généreux, charnus et d’une belle richesse.
Depuis aujourd’hui, place aux rouges ! Une nouvelle étape intense et passionnante commence au domaine.

Harvest season is officially underway!
The harvest of our white grapes began last Tuesday and was completed on Friday. Once hand-picked, the bunches were cooled in a cold room, carefully sorted and then pressed. Every stage is carried out with the utmost care before the w**emaking process begins.
This first harvest delivered a very good yield, with beautifully ripe grapes offering generous, fleshy fruit and excellent concentration.
As of today, it’s time for the reds! Another intense and exciting chapter is beginning at the estate.
