Nel 1966, l'aggressivo e conservatore conduttore televisivo con una gamba di legno Joe Pyne (sostenitore della guerra in Việt Nam, ridicolizzatore di hippies, femministe, omosessuali) intervistò Frank Zappa.
Con aria provocatoria Pyne gli chiese:
