A huge THANK YOU to everyone for your understanding and support over the last couple of weeks while some of our team enjoyed their well-earned summer holidays. ❤️

Now it’s time for a little switch-around! 🔄
For the last two weeks of August, some of our Old Town team will be taking their well-deserved summer break — while Main Street is back to normal from midday every day.

And don't worry… we’ve prepared accordingly. 😉😂

Tonight, Wednesday 12th August, we’re due a spectacular solar eclipse — and where better to experience it than outside with a drink in your hand? 🍹🍺

⏰ Around 6.40pm – 6.58pm
Both The Old Town Public House and The Main Street Public House have fantastic outdoor terraces, making them perfect spots to soak up the atmosphere and experience this very special evening together. 🌅🌘

We’ve been searching high and low around town for eclipse glasses… and so far, no luck! 🤣 If anybody has managed to find somewhere selling the proper certified ones locally, please pop it in the comments and share the knowledge! 🙏😎

⚠️ Please remember: ordinary sunglasses are NOT safe for looking directly at the sun — you’ll need proper certified eclipse glasses if you want to view it directly.

Otherwise, grab a cold beer, cocktail or Spritz, find yourself a spot on the terrace and enjoy the atmosphere as the light changes around us. ❤️

🎉💃 A little update for today from The Main Street Public House - Corralejo ... 🎉💃
Due to the Fiesta del Carmen celebrations, we've been asked to remove part of our terrace this afternoon and early evening, so we'll be making a small change to our usual opening hours and service.

🕔 We'll be opening from 5:00pm
🍻 Bar service available
🥤 Takeaway drinks available throughout the celebrations

As soon as we're able to, we'll get our terrace set back up and back to normal.
Thank you for your patience and understanding—it really is appreciated. ❤️

Most importantly... enjoy the Fiesta del Carmen! It's one of the highlights of the year, and our location is one of the very best places to soak up the incredible atmosphere and watch the celebrations unfold.
