This Saturday, September 5, the 2026 Corn Maze & Fall Festival officially opens at Twins BBQ Co.

This year’s maze is inspired by Dolly Parton, and with the recent news of her passing, it means even more to us now.

We chose Dolly because of the joy, music, kindness, strength, and love for children she shared with the world. Now we get to open this maze as a celebration of all of that.

Come walk the maze, enjoy the BBQ, bring the family, and help us support Dolly’s beloved Imagination Library.

Fall starts this Saturday at Twins.

September is almost here, and Twins has a lot going on. We’re kicking off the month with Wing Wednesday, Silent Book Club, BBQ & Brushes, weekly Mahjong, the 2026 Dolly Corn Maze Grand Opening, and Cory Phillips live on Sunday.

And next Friday night we’re doing music from the 2015s all night. Uptown Funk, Shut Up and Dance, all that stuff we forgot we knew every word to.

Oh great. Now it’s stuck in your head too.

Our Twins BBQ and Corn Maze family joins the world in mourning the passing of Dolly Parton.

When we chose Dolly as the inspiration for this year’s corn maze, we wanted to celebrate her joy, kindness, strength, music, and extraordinary love of children. We never imagined that our celebration of her would become a tribute to her remarkable life and legacy.

In sharing the news of her passing, Dolly’s family said, “Dolly was a farmer, just like her daddy; he farmed the soil, she farmed songs and happiness.”

We are humbled to honor Dolly through our corn maze and support her beloved Imagination Library.

Rest peacefully, Dolly. Thank you for planting so much happiness in the world.

Global icon and humanitarian, Dolly Parton, known to the world as a beloved singer, songwriter, philanthropist, actress, playwright, and author died peacefully today in Nashville, Tennessee. She was 80 years old.

Dolly is preceded in death by her beloved husband of 59 years Carl Thomas Dean (1942 – 2025), her mother Avie Lee Caroline Owens (1923 – 2003), and father, Robert Lee Parton, Sr. (1921 – 2000).

A rhinestone life that shone bright enough for the world to see, Dolly will forever stand as an inspiration not only through her timeless music and prolific songwriting, but also her wit, warmth, and kindness that made us all feel like family. Dolly Parton’s legacy is one of love, compassion, and resilience. With a seven-decade career, she inspired multiple generations of artists and fans with her music and an unwavering commitment to making the world a better place. Her songs will continue to resonate with people of all ages, and her philanthropic work will have a lasting impact.

At Dolly’s request, a small, private service will be held for immediate family. Dolly’s fans and friends from around the world are encouraged to pay tribute to Dolly on social media by tagging or by leaving a message at www.dollyparton.com
