Final stages of R&D for our 2025 selection of wild flavours! This year we will be exploring the connections between beauty, abundance and biodiversity in the Danish ecosystem.

Tasting experiences will be taking a central role in disseminating knowledge about wild edibles while bridging nature and the modern life.

We took some time to reflect on all the amazing things that have been happening in the past couple of weeks. And one of the biggest highlights of this period was for sure taking part at .

There were so many wonderful companies, talks and interesting activities to check out! Our own stand was so heated that we ended up extending our service for over an hour and a half, connecting with so many interesting people.

Our huge thanks to for inviting us to showcase our products in their beautiful area, and for the invaluable organisation, setup and help they offered during the event.

We are looking forward to joining again next year! 🥂

The King Crimson is a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail and a symphony of Nordic summer flavours.

Rosehips, hibiscus, chamomile and juniper make the deeply red syrup that gives the drink its name, that is then topped with Tonic Water.

Gorgeous and delicious, this is one of our most popular mocktails for events in all kinds of environments.

We took over a corner of the Aeblerov Cider Pavilion at to showcase Wild Cocktails!

The drinks featured both syrups, liqueurs, and amaros made with unconventional wild botanicals, as well as the funkyness of wildly fermented ciders and natural wines.

The combo is a must try! 🍹✨

As one of the oldest continuosly-operating venues in Denmark, it's easy to see why Drop Inn is a beloved bohemian spot in the heart of Copenhagen.
