First of all, we’re genuinely gutted Watt can’t be with us this time. Sending him love and a fast recovery - we hope he’s back on his feet soon. 🙏

Big respect to Friidon for jumping in last minute to fill that slot. Friidon is a long-standing name in the German loopstation scene and a 2x German Beatbox Champion (Loopstation). After more than a decade in the culture, he’s built a reputation for tight, musical sets and a proper live performance approach - and we’re really happy we can still deliver a full-strength looper lineup on the night.

Bass Ventura is a UK beatbox heavyweight and the 2024 UK Beatbox Champion, known for one of the most recognisable bass tones in the scene. He’s performed across a huge range of countries and stages, and built a reputation for blending beatbox, rap, and melody into a full live show that still feels club-ready.

He’s also closely connected to bass music culture beyond beatbox, with ties across the UK scene (including Crucast) and work with artists like Ed Solo, MPH, Crossy, Deekline, and more. And because LoopLab has looper changeovers built into the night, there’s a good chance we’ll catch some Ventura originals or quick vocal flips during transitions - little moments to keep the room moving while the stage resets.

Sagau is a German looper who’s been building serious momentum over the last couple of years, known for darker, driving sets that sit somewhere between phonk grit and techno pressure. He took the West German Beatbox Championship title in 2023 (Loopstation), then backed it up with a strong 2024 run at the German Beatbox Championship, including notable battles against names like Syjo and Redfrost that put him firmly on the national radar.

If you’ve seen his tournament uploads, you already know the formula - tight structure, heavy groove, and a knack for turning small ideas into proper “floor” moments. And when he links with Shinex b2b, it’s the same energy you saw at Vol. 1: fast decisions, clean switches, and an opening set that actually feels like an event, not a warm-up.

Shinex is a German looper with a hook driven, stutter house leaning sound on the RC 505 and a serious list of recent results: Beatbox Wild Cup Champion 2023, 2nd place at Beatbox Wild Cup 2024 (Loopstation), Top 8 at the German Beatbox Championship 2024, plus multiple Top 4 finishes at events like the West German Beatbox Championship, Robeat Award and CLIP 2v2 (as DUHUSO with Mistix).

His b2b work with Sagau has been a highlight across events like , and at LoopLab Vol. 1 they set the tone perfectly from the first drop. For Vol. 2 they are back on opening duties, running through techno, house and DnB tempos with the same precision and crowd read.

TechTonic is the live drum and bass loop project of KBA (DK) and Kaos (DE) - both proven killers in the GBB Producer ranks. KBA is the GBB 2024 Producer World Champion after taking 2nd place in 2023, while Kaos placed 3rd (Producer) at GBB 2023 and holds multiple loop titles, including Florida Beatbox Battle 2024 (Loopstation) Champion. Together they have already delivered full TechTonic sets at events like LoopLab Vol. 1 and Loop Mayhem.

On stage they treat the loop rig like a hybrid drum kit and sampler for peak time DnB - rolling steppers, tech edged riffs, sub weight that really uses the system and the occasional dubstep detour when the room needs a reset. Expect tight finger drumming, fast resampling and builds that keep tension climbing without blowing the ceiling too early. Right before the DJ headliners roll in, this is where things get serious.
