From the pastures of Lessinia, Formaggio Monte Veronese DOP is produced in three different varieties. The main ingredients of this cheese are, first and foremost, the high-quality milk from farms located in the mountainous community’s territory, along with respect for tradition, passion, experience, and hygienically controlled environments.

Recognized as a PDO in 1996, the Monte Veronese Consortium has since been committed to promoting and safeguarding the production and trade of all recognized types of cheese: "Latte Intero," "d’Allevo," and "d’Allevo made with Alpine milk".
