From February 2017, we are embarking on a 5-month wine & food trip around Latin America. Our objective? And tell their stories.

Meet all the people behind organic, biodynamic and natural wine in this region - winemakers of course, but also chefs, sommeliers, importers... Everyone involved, really! And while we're at it, we will also do our best to uncover many other food gems we come across: one-of-a-kind producers, craft drinks makers, traditional and modern recipes, street food classics, etc...

[WHO WE ARE]

Val Benoist & Chach Salmon, a 30-something French couple passionate about wine (obviously). Living in London, we’ve decided to take some time off to travel around Latin America following this theme.
