Custom Conveyor Chain & Sprockets Ready for Honduras! 🇭🇳

Another customized order completed for one of our long-term customers in the United States.

The customer needed a non-standard P50-K2-7L conveyor chain with matching 13-tooth sprockets.

Initially, they provided product photos and some basic chain information. Our team reviewed the details, prepared revised technical drawings, and sent them for customer approval.

After the customer signed and confirmed the drawings, we proceeded with the customized chain and sprocket production.

Another Custom Fastener Order Ready for Shipment to Saudi Arabia! 🇸🇦

This project was our first cooperation with a new customer from Saudi Arabia.

The customer required 15,000 sets of non-standard fanged bolts and fl**ge lock nuts made from zinc-plated carbon steel.

All products were manufactured according to the customer's drawings.

Before placing the order, we sent samples of similar products for evaluation. After the customer confirmed the samples were satisfactory, we proceeded with the bulk production.

Steel elevator buckets are not selected by model number alone.

Bucket profile, steel thickness, mounting holes, elevator bolts and belt compatibility should be considered together before manufacturing or replacing buckets.

In this article, we use a DS2316-2 deep bottom bucket made from 2.0 mm carbon steel as a practical example. The key is to match the bucket with the complete elevator system—not just the existing bucket name.

GLF100 scraper conveyor chains manufactured for a Colombia project.

The order included four chain configurations to match the customer’s scraper conveyor requirements:

HDPE or reinforced nylon? The right elevator bucket material depends on the operating conditions.

For this Colombia order, YT Conveyor manufactured standard HDPE D-type buckets in several models, together with reinforced nylon D9×6NZ buckets. HDPE is widely used for standard applications, while reinforced nylon is selected where higher strength and wear resistance are required.

Both material options are available within our D-type elevator bucket range.

200 one-piece LN100 conveyor sprockets manufactured for a scraper conveyor project in Colombia.

This project used 8-tooth LN100 sprockets, matched with GLF scraper conveyor chain and BF flat drag flights. The integrated sprocket and hub structure was machined according to the required shaft and chain specifications.

Proper matching between the chain, sprocket and flight helps ensure stable transmission, smoother chain engagement and reduced wear during continuous conveying.

How do you choose between Nylon 6 and Nylon 66 sheets?

Both materials are widely used for industrial wear parts and machined components, but they are not interchangeable in every application.

• PA6: white, economical and suitable for many general industrial applications
• PA66: pale yellow, with higher heat resistance, wear resistance and load-bearing performance
• PA66 costs more mainly because of its higher raw-material cost

This order included four models for industrial vibration equipment:

• ZF-T2/60 — 50 units
• ZF-T2/100 — 100 units
• ZF-T2/300 — 30 units
• ZF-T4/80 — 50 units

For orders containing several vi****or models, accurate model identification is essential. Similar-looking units can have different vibration-force classes, mounting details and electrical parameters.

The motor nameplate, required quantity and installation requirements should always be confirmed before production and shipment.

A few real photos from our steel buoy projects — from factory fabrication and delivery to installation at sea.

These are not standard “one-size-fits-all” products. The buoy body, solar light structure, topmark, lifting points, chain connection and coating can all be confirmed according to the actual marine project.

We can also match the mooring chains, anchors, shackles and swivels together.

20,000 BF plastic conveyor flights supplied to Colombia.

This project included 17,000 standard HDPE BF flights and 3,000 custom UHMWPE flights for a chain scraper conveyor application.

The HDPE models matched our existing molds, providing a practical solution for standard sizes. For flights requiring specific dimensions, thicknesses or mounting-hole arrangements, UHMWPE can be selected for higher wear resistance. Its cost is higher mainly because UHMWPE material itself is significantly more expensive than HDPE.

For scraper conveyor systems, the flight, chain and sprocket configuration should always be checked together before production.
