Hey everyone,

Like a lot of folks, I've had a great time over the last 30 years, enjoying food and drinks a bit too much and piling on some extra weight. Now that I'm in my 50s, I've seen too many friends pass away, and it's hit me hard. I really want to turn things around because I’m being a bit selfish—I want many more years with my amazing wife. So, I'm diving into the fun of the Hash House Harriers to help make that happen!
