Yesterday we hosted our Captain's Appreciation Tournament, and what an incredible day it was celebrating our Captain's who keep our league running strong. With over 51 Captain's in our league we had 34 join us on this special event. We truly appreciate each and every one of you.

A huge thank you to The Real Deal for hosting our event there, and to their amazing staff for taking such great care of us throughout the day.

17 teams battled it out yesterday for a chance to win a trip to Las Vegas to compete in the World Pool Championship in August 2026. The finalist were both undefeated with Vincent Shewchuk with Lee Shewchuk and James Knight versus Hash Ra with Wayne Caissie and Chris F .

Congratulations to Hash's team on securing the win! For Hash this will be his 4th year of winning a trip. For Wayne and Chris this will there first experience!

Our first regional weekend is a wrap.
It came down to the undefeated Pocket Aces captained by Murray Obrien and We're Not Sorry captained by Rob Lennon. Robs team lost there first match which put them on the Bside but they fought there way back and came back to the Aside.
Congratulations to We're Not Sorry with Rob Lennon, Colton Lennon, Jen Chessell, Alex Matthews, Michelle Matthews, Samir Kulla, and Shawna Kulla. They will be going to Las Vegas in August to play in the World Championships!
Pocket Aces finished in second place and will be going to Niagara Falls in November to play in the border battle tournament.
Thank you to the 12 teams that played this weekend and for the amazing sportsmanship displayed by everyone.
Also thank you JD for hosting us at the Breakroom and Remi and James for your amazing service.
