Standing Bar at FSG is a ticketed guest chef series focused on seasonal snacks and natural w**e at ‘s Buvette space.

Inspired by the slower, relaxed side of food and drink standing culture in Japan and Europe, each edition features different chef serving three-plate snack menu.

All invited chefs come from fine dining backgrounds, using Standing Bar as casual space to explore seasonal ideas and different ways of sharing food outside the restaurant setting.

Hosted on occasional Mondays at

The snack menu for the night is fully plant-based.
