We are a brewery born in the back of a restaurant in the historic Kensington Market neighbourhood of Toronto, ON. Inspired by the flavours of our home, our beer is thoughtfully crafted. Launching in 2011, we are a small but passionate group of craft beer enthusiasts with a mission of producing great beer that reflects the diverse food culture of our neighbourhood. The brewing team managed to fit a forest into a can. You’ll find fragrant spruce, fresh Simcoe hops, and fresh filtered water, all mixed up to create a beer fit for the fall.

Breaking News: Final words of dabbed bingo card released.

Bingo Card: “What are you gonna do, dab me?”

QE returns to KBC tomorrow to turn things up to 11, and gives you the chance to win some fantastic prizes (beer), try some new things (beer), and make some new friends (buy them a beer).

Music starts at 7:00 and goes until we run out of beer, or Spotify runs out of songs. In other words, plenty of time to have the best Friday night like, ever.

We’re drawing from our own roster this Thursday and inviting a KBCo employee to the stage.

Due to renovations, this will be the last live music event until mid-February. Evan Corneil has been spearheading the live music event since the project started up in July. On behalf of Kensington Brewing Company, he extends his deepest appreciation for everybody who came out to watch and to play, and to all the staff who helped make it happen. This truly was a beautiful sounding summer at 299.

“Evan is a singer/songwriter who blipped into existence late in the twentieth century. First finding a home behind the drums, his percussive guitar playing and bouncy vocal melodies drive the memorable hooks of his honest songwriting home. Evan draws inspiration from all genres, pushing for creative song structure and powerful forward momentum to build the foundation for his introspective lyricism.”
