Super excited about this one!

Join us this month for a bar tour with Ontario's World Class finalists: Jacob Martin and Ben Kingstone. These two competed in Vancouver over three days and six challenges, vying for the title of World Class Canada Bartender of the Year.

They won three of those challenges between them and Jacob the top prize: he will represent Canada at the global final in São Paolo, Brazil, later this year.

We are hosting two happy hour bar takeovers, showcasing some of our favourite drinks from the competition!

1 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten
1 oz. Campari
1 oz. sweet vermouth
1 dash orange bitters

Stirred, served over large block ice, and finished with an orange peel.

After a few months sans tools, some of you must be itching to invest in your home bar setup.

In this video, I'll talk about my favourite baseline bar tools and make some Tanqueray No. Ten cocktails along the way.

As promised, here is my Singapore Sling recipe:

1.5 oz. Tanqueray No. Ten
0.75 oz. Cherry Heering
0.25 oz. Benedictine
0.25 oz. orange liqueur
1.5 oz. fresh pineapple juice
0.5 oz. fresh lime
1 bsp grenadine
1 dash Angostura bitters
