Its Sunday family dinner today. Cooking together is our love language S a i r a 🏝️ Changing the traditional french dish to Oxtail Bourguignon. Love oxtail, super underrated meat, but those who know, know❤️ I grabbed the recipe from Corre Larkin and added a red w**e reduction. Now we all wait with bated breath for 3.5 hrs.

This dude, Owen Bosker, drifted into my workshop at 15, little lost but had a big heart for making things. So we made knifes and steel together. Did it for a few years as he finished highschool.

Today he graduated from Weapons Technician School at CFB Borden.

Now he joins the deep and wide history of the Canadian Forces.

I’m so proud of him and he looks SO happy. Shipped off to Gagetown this afternoon. Way to go my friend!

This dude, Owen Bosker, drifted into my workshop at 15, little lost but had a big heart for making things. So we made knifes and steel together. Did it for a few years as he finished highschool.
