Our philosophy on food is simple, take ancient Neapolitan cooking techniques that are steeped in tradition and put a modern spin on it. Use the best ingredients possible to create plates that sing from being hand made and having their natural flavours shine. This is why less is often times more, putting less ingredients on a pizza lets each individual ingredient shine instead of being masked by too many competing flavours.
