The taps haven’t seen a Saison in awhile! Slightly hazy with Pilsner and wheat malts, lightly hopped with Spalt and Mt Hood hops. It’s not going to last long!

Our 94th beer brewed is a low alcohol (2.6%) British Ordinary featuring Jester and Godiva hops. Mashed high (69c) to retain some body and boiled hard to create some caramelization. Opening gravity 1.030, final gravity at 1.010
