Executive Chef Jimmy Dure

Born in Pétion-Ville, Haiti, Chef Jimmy Dure’s passion for food began at an early age and has always come naturally to him. Now 36, Jimmy brings a rich cultural influence and deep love for Caribbean flavors to every dish he creates. His culinary journey officially began during the pandemic, when he launched a catering business while balancing a 17-year career working with autistic children.

Specializing in upscale Caribbean cuisine with a twist, Chef Jimmy is known for his bold use of seasoning and attention to detail. His favorite meals to enjoy are Haitian classics like griot and stew chicken with riz collé, while his favorite dish to prepare—despite being allergic to it—is lobster tails, which he perfects through intuition and technique rather than taste.

To Chef Jimmy, the most rewarding part of cooking is seeing clients smile while enjoying his food. As he leads the kitchen with passion and precision, he continues to inspire a new generation of chefs with his story, his flavors, and his commitment to excellence.
