Wow! Sooo glad for line dancing even more after watching this. After 5 years of caring for a loved one after a stroke I cautiously made the decision with his support to get back to teaching and less isolation. Then having to suffer the loss and grief of him I pushed through on the dance floor and it helped me so much! 🙏🏼 I never knew how good dance was for my mental health until experiencing this dark period.
This video says so much more of why we must dance as it touches all the areas we need to protect our brain..:
