Well, Samfatians....we are 6 months away from SAMFAT 2018 - I was thinking later Sept this year (Sept 21-24) so that we can time the big salmon run? Will send out an email soon....

SAMFAT 2016 - Port Renfrew, BC. June 18-20. 12 guys, 3 days of fishing and 167 fish caught. Boat Markus - consisted of Captain Markus and 4 fisherman (Paul, Pat, Ken, Jim); Boat Jolly - consisted of Captain John Rogers and 4 fisherman (Bill, Kyle, Terry and Sean) ; Boat Swell Time - consisted of Captain Blair and 4 fisherman (Wayne, Stephen, Mark and Keith).

Most fish by Boat - Boat Markus - 61 Fish!
Most fish by Individual - Mark Baxter - 18 Fish!
First fish - Ken Trout
Smallest fish - Kyle Baird - tiny salmon
Best technique - Paul Mc - bail and chum!
