A great way to practice Spanish, even for absolute Beginners is through music, with songs! A great way to practice Listening skills, gain vocabulary, and just with the sheer pleasure of enjoying the music, even if we don't understand the words, will help us in many ways!
Enrique Iglesias is one of our favourites, so here is the song we sang and danced to last week, "Bailando"! We practiced many of the verbs we had just learned with it! 💃🕺🎤🎼

El Salvador (well, me and my beautiful flag 😉)was at The Vibrant Vine this week! Here we are with some of our guests from our last Spanish and Vino! You guys were hilarious! 😁
So great to see some our regulars and friends, plus we made new friends as well! Practiced expressions to describe feelings, essential phrases, and of course, some Enrique Iglesias (by request)! 😉 ¡Hasta la próxima! See you all next week, on Wednesday the 25th!

Happy Independence Day to the following Spanish-speaking countries in September: the Central American countries on the 15th (El Salvador, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Nicaragua and Honduras), Mexico on the 16th, and Chile on the 18th! ¡Hola amigos! We are getting so excited for the final perfomance of The Phantom of the Villa at The Vibrant Vine in a few days, that for tomorrow’s Spanish and Vino I found some wonderful translations of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s work to Spanish! This is one of my favorites, so beautiful...and we’ll also be listening and singing to a fun, rock version of the most popular song!
